I am an experience designer and researcher with a graduate degree in Human Factors in Information Design currently working as a UX Designer for an IT Ops platform employing AI and Machine Learning to monitor complex cloud-based systems. I have consulting experience in UX design, strategy, and research in various industries, from healthcare to homewares.
I began my career in accessibility, working with visual artists with disabilities in art museums and cultural centers; this was my window to human-centered design. Working as a curator and educator in this space meant thinking about how I could design the most effective exhibitions, learning programs, and environments for folks of all interests and abilities. Through this work, I found my knack for discovering and presenting the stories important to providing people-first, impact-driven design solutions.
Shaped by the curiosity and creative problem-solving vital to forming well-crafted, engaging products and experiences in my professional practice, I am driven by a mission to untangle complex problems and increase accessibility for all through human-centered and inclusive design.
